We have placed some learning resources for Year 1 in our Year Group pages which can be found here.
Further resources will follow, so please keep checking back. The Year Group email for y1 is also now active for any questions relating to the resources.

School from Home is coming to an end as we head towards the summer break. We hope the resources provided over the last 14 weeks have been useful.
We are not creating any online learning for w/c 20th July, as we are focusing on transitions into the next year and onto other schools, and we look forward to seeing you at our transition events in the coming days.
The year group emails (y1@swanmoreapps.com, y2@swanmoreapps.com, etc) will also be closing down, so please ensure any administrative queries are sent to the school office via: adminoffice@swanmore-pri.hants.sch.uk

Please use the side path to reach the very bottom green gate next to the cow field to access school. 3.00-3.45. Do wash hands and have a toilet break before coming.
We have issued a survey regarding the end of year and transition plans here at Swanmore. If you have a student in YR, Y1, Y6 or keyworkers groups, please ensure this is completed by 4pm on Friday 27th June. You can find the survey here.
