We looked at Sikh traditions in Year 3. The children completed a quiz, looking for information around the classroom, to find out about the Gurus that are important to Sikhs. We listened to and discussed a story about Guru Gobind Singh before making a Kalgi - an ornament which the Gurus wore on their turbans as a sign of importance.
