On Monday, the whole school had a world religion day. In Year R we spent the day finding out a little bit about Judaism. The children were fascinated by The Torah and wanted to make their own scrolls. They also helped Mrs Collins to make an Arc (a special cupboard to store the Torah.) We also looked at some artefacts that are special to the Jewish religion. We also made dens and the children had a few pictures of Jewish artefacts which were cut up. They had to try to match the pieces together.
