Today in whole school Worship the Year 5 Worship Council members helped Mr Paterson to share the story of The Christmas Star.

The Year 5 Worship Council members also asked the school these questions:

• Why were some of the angels unsure about asking the star to light the way to the stable?
• Were they right to assume that the star wouldn’t be able to do the job?

The whole school to time to reflect on these questions, and their responses were:

• The angels weren't sure if the star could do it - he's so small.
• No, they star can do it.  It doesn't matter how small you are what matters is you can do it.  Like our MAGIC qualities at school!
• It showed me that I can have a go if I believe enough.
